Jef was born in Antwerp on october 31 1952 The craftsmanship of the famous professor Jan Hendrik Everett lead him to the pastorship of the 17th century’s techniques of painting.

Gallery Cellart in 1981 honored him as a laureate. His works can be seen in the collections of ING – bank (Amsterdam), the Drente Museum in Assen (NL) as well as of the Belgian Embassy in Rabat. Please read also the article in Art of Living,
